Who we are
The Stretch Loft runs practitioner-assisted stretch therapy studios in Lanham, MD and Bethesda, MD. This policy covers thestretchloft.com and the information you give us when you book, visit or contact us.
What we collect
When you book
Bookings, accounts, gift cards and payments run on Zenoti, our booking provider. When you book, you give us your name, contact details and appointment details, and any intake information you choose to share about your body and goals. Payments are processed by Zenoti and its payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
When you browse this site
We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta. They use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you went on to book or call. We use this to understand which pages help people and which ads work.
When you contact us
If you email or call, we keep what you send so we can reply and keep a record of your request.
When you use the chat or a request form
The chat on this site runs on LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), and our request forms run on Jotform. What you type there, such as your name, phone number, email and message, goes to us through those services so our team can reply and help you book. Text messages may be sent from the number you give us; reply STOP to opt out.
Videos and maps
Videos on this site come from YouTube and maps come from Google Maps. Neither loads until you press play or ask to show the map. Once you do, YouTube or Google receives information from your browser under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To schedule, run and follow up on your sessions.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and receipts.
- To answer your questions and handle memberships, gift cards and referrals.
- To measure and improve this website and our advertising.
- To send news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. Every message includes a way to stop.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that run our business on our behalf, such as Zenoti for bookings and payments, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) and Jotform for chat and requests, and Google and Meta for measurement and advertising, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@thestretchloft.com.
- Update your details any time by signing in to your booking account.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads in your Google and Meta ad settings.
- Unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link or instructions in any message.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable time after, as our business, tax and legal obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools above.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
