Pay: $19 – $22 per hour + commissions & incentives
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends)
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Front-of-the-House Associate to be the face of The Stretch Loft! If you’re a natural people person with strong communication and sales skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with check-ins and bookings, and driving sales of memberships, packages, and retail products. We offer a fun and engaging work environment with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients for their appointments
- Answer phone calls, return client inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Educate and sell memberships, packages, and retail products
- Process payments and maintain an organized front desk
- Engage with customers on social media and assist with online interactions
- Support daily studio operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Friendly, bubbly, and engaging personality
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong sales and communication abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling software and social media
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
