1. Membership Duration & Auto-Renewal
All memberships are month-to-month unless a fixed term (e.g., 6 or 12 months) is selected.
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations within the first three months will incur an early termination fee of $100.
If cancelled mid-billing cycle, the membership will remain active until the end of that cycle, with no refunds for unused services.

3. Membership Freeze
Members may request a freeze of their membership for up to 2 months per year for medical or travel reasons. A $25 administrative fee will apply per freeze request. Freezes must be requested 14 days in advance.

4. Session Rollover
Unused sessions may be rolled over for up to 30 days into the next billing cycle, but only 1 session can be rolled over per month.
Rollover sessions will expire if not used within 30 days of being carried over.

5. Late or Missed Payments
A $15 late fee will be applied if payments are not received within 5 days of the due date. Memberships will be suspended if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, and sessions will not be available until the account is current.

6. Non-Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder at the home location which the membership was initiated.

7. Session Scheduling & Expiration
Sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiting the session. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the session being forfeited.

8. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. In exceptional cases (e.g., long-term medical conditions), partial refunds or credits may be considered with proper documentation.

9. Service Availability
Membership benefits (sessions, discounts, etc.) are only available at The Stretch Loft locations.

10. Membership Upgrades/Downgrades
Members may upgrade or downgrade their plan with a 30-day notice, effective for the next billing cycle. Any adjustments in membership pricing will apply to future billing cycles; no retroactive changes will be made.

11. Membership Terms Modification
The Stretch Loft reserves the right to update or modify membership terms at any time, with 30 days’ notice provided to members before changes take effect.
