Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Stretch Loft Referral Program! By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all existing clients of The Stretch Loft.
• New clients referred through this program must be first-time customers at The Stretch Loft.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to participate.

2. Referral Rewards

• Referrers receive a $20 credit for every new client they refer who successfully books and completes their first session.
• New clients receive $20 off their first session when using a valid referral code.
• Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• The $20 referral credit can be used toward any future session or service at The Stretch Loft.

3. How It Works

• Existing clients share their unique referral link or code with friends, family, or social media followers.
• The new client must enter the referral code at checkout when booking their first session.
• Once the referred client completes their first session, the referrer gets a $20 gift card.
• Referral credits can be used immediately or saved for future use.

4. Restrictions & Limitations

• Referral codes cannot be used for past bookings, rescheduled appointments, or existing members.
• Referral rewards are not applicable for free sessions, promotions, or discounts combined with other offers.
• The Stretch Loft reserves the right to cancel or revoke referral credits if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these terms are detected.
• Referral credits expire 365 days from the date they are earned.

5. Program Modifications

• The Stretch Loft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the program will be updated on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
