- Pay: $19 – $22 per hour + commissions & incentives
- Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead The Stretch Loft’s digital presence. If you have a passion for social media, content creation, and engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to combine strategy with wellness marketing.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving membership sales through compelling content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Plan and execute engagement strategies to increase followers and interaction
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Create and manage promotional campaigns to boost awareness and sales
- Collaborate with in-house teams to align social media efforts with business goals
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for maximum reach and impact
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
- Sales-minded approach with the ability to drive customer conversions
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
